Maryland focuses her practice in estate planning. Maryland joined Merrill, Cruttenden & Collinson,
P.A., Of Counsel, in 2011. She has worked in the estates and trusts area since 1984 and has experience in drafting numerous estate planning documents including Wills and Revocable Trusts with Credit Shelter, marital and generation skipping provisions, life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and charitable trusts. Maryland also prepares Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives. Maryland assists the firm with preparing estate planning documents and with estate administration and related tax returns. In addition to her estate and trust experience, Maryland has experience in legislative drafting and code revision. Maryland came to the law after Peace Corps service in India and a career in social work.
